About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.coderaxis.com and the online tools on it, which are provided by CoderAxis. By using the website or the tools, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our services
The website describes the software development services we offer. It is general information, not an offer: every client project is covered by its own written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
Using the online tools
The tools are free. When you use them, you agree that:
- you have the right to process every file you add, and you will not use the tools for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's rights;
- you will not try to overload or disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access it by automated means other than an API key we have issued to you;
- you will check each result before you rely on it, and keep your own copies of your original files. We delete files as our privacy policy describes, so download your results within 60 minutes.
Each job currently accepts up to 20 files, 25 MB per file and 60 MB in total. We may change these limits, change or withdraw a tool, or limit use that affects other people.
Your files and our content
Your files and results belong to you; we claim no rights in them. The website itself, including its text, design, logo and software, belongs to CoderAxis and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the website accurate and the tools reliable, but we provide them as they are and as available. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a result will suit a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CoderAxis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, that arises from using or being unable to use the website or the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other websites
The website links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
